Staring down into Lafayette Square today from my office. The weather is gross, it's cold, my nose is running {blah}. I went on a hiatus yesterday, the pre-holiday craziness is looming in the air like a rain cloud just waiting for the perfect time to open up + down pour. Thought this picture was appropriate to set the mood of the city today {murky, windy, quiet}. On a happy note, it is almost Thanksgiving {my second favorite holiday to Halloween}. I love love love {love} the Thanksgiving food my mother + family make. I look forward to it every year {Mom you are the best}. Oyster dressing anyone {enough said}.
